HOW DO I USE THE MACHINE?

Place the machine on a rug. Lie on your back, and put your ankles in the grooves of the footrest.
Set the timer switch to activate the machine. First time users should start with 2-5 minutes , at lower speed. Faster is not always better!The movement of the footrest will rock your feet from side to side and spread through your legs and torso, throughout your entire body.All you do is relax, close your eyes, and breathe deeply, letting the machine swing you in an undulating motion a maximum of 15 minutes. When the machine stops, it is essential that you remain lying down for another two to five minutes, relaxing and breathing deeply, enjoying the remarkable afterglow-chi as it moves throughout your body. The internal flow of chi or energy that occurs after the machine has stopped can produce as much as 60 % of the machine's effect!Drink a glass of water to help flush out accumulated toxins.PRECAUTIONS
Do not use the chi type machine under the following conditions:
Within three to six months after an operation or if suffering from bone fracture.If suffering from a serious infection or bleeding injury or serious heart disease. During pregnancy. Within one hour after eating. If extreme pain occurs during the massage. Such pain should be investigated.As with any health issue, please consult your physician first! Especially, if you suffer from cancer, thrombosis, or seizures.
I have tested various units available on the market and decided on models which in my opinion give costumers the highest quality for their money. Each model is so well designed that it is suitable for professional use, yet reasonably priced, in fact better than some other machines with less features.
WHY DO I SELL ONLY MACHINES WITH ADJUSTABLE SPEED?Because I am very concerned about your safety and want a large range of people to be able to use these machines, not only a limited number.
Machines that were designed many years ago feature only one speed, but many people cannot use them because of this limitation. Some of these machines are set to oscillate at about 147 revolutions per minute (RPM) without any weight placed on the cradle. However, the feet of the user when put on the cradle of the machine exert considerable weight on the moving mechanism thereby slowing down the speed. Depending on how heavy or light the user is, the oscillating speed of the machine will be affected quite differently. Therefore, if the RPM's are identical, for heavily built individuals of let’s say 250 pounds , the machine will move much slower than for a frail person of 92 pounds. Consequently, elderly frail individuals and other people with limited flexibility and other physical restrictions may find the one speed machine too uncomfortable or they even injure themselves, because the speed is much too fast for them.
With a variable speed machine the user can adjust the speed appropriate to their body weight and level of comfort. They can use the slower speed in the beginning and gradually move up to a speed they consider optimal for their unique body.
If someone tries to tell you that only one particular speed fits all, please use your common sense...
