Far Infrared Mineral Lamps 
Far Infrared Mineral ( FIM) Lamps, also referred to as TDP Lamps, were invented by a group of scientists and physicians of the Chongqing Silicate Research Institute (CSRI) headed by Mr. Gou Wenbin in 1985. Since introduced into clinic and family use in the 1980's, the FIM Lamp has successfully treated close to 60 million patients in China, Hong Kong, South Asia, Japan, Europe, Australia and recently in North America. Due to its amazing therapeutic effects, the Far Infrared Mineral Lamp is known in China and Hong Kong as the "Miracle Lamp".
FDA approved this lamp as a highly effective pain relief device and found that it has no harmful side effects.
The FIM lamps are similar to yet different from traditional far infrared lamps. FIM lamps create mineral infrared waves that have been proven to be almost miraculously effective in treating some of the most chronic conditions such as joint pain, arthritis, back pain, tennis elbow, shoulder pain, and some skin conditions such as herpes, psoriasis etc.
The key part of the FIM Lamp is a round ceramic plate coated with a proprietary mineral formation consisting of 33 mineral elements essential to the human body. When activated by a built in electric heating element, this ceramic mineral plate emits a unique spectrum of electromagnetic waves ranging from 2 to 25 microns at an intensity that coincides with the wavelengths and intensity of the electromagnetic waves released by a human body, and are consequently absorbed by the body.The absorbed energy promotes microcirculation, improved metabolism, a strengthened immune system as well as reduction of pain. Its regenerating abilities have encouraged regular use by many national athletic troupes, including ballet, soccer, martial arts, and the famous China women's Volleyball Olympic Team (champions of the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics).
The FIM Lamp's ease of use, adaptability and safety has earned the Gold Medal at the 1986 Zagreb International Fair in Yugoslavia. In 1986, the "Miracle Lamp" also won the Silver Star at the 35th Brussels World Fair for Inventions.
These portable models are easily transferred. Aim them on any part of your body while awake or even when you sleep for a much deeper warmth. They are extremely useful during the harsh winter seasons and are particularly appreciated by the elderly.
Contraindications:
Patients with: high fever, open pulmonary tuberculosis, serious arterio scleroses, tendency of bleeding; patient with hypertension should avoid shining on the head.

Precautions for both CQ 29D and CQ 27:
1) The irradiated part of the body must be exposed; The irradiated distance should be as close to the irradiated part and as comfortable as possible.
2) When patients whose skin lost sensitivity and children are irradiated , they should be supervised.
3) Don't cover the spectrum radiation head or power switch.
4) Don't insert metals into protective cover or its shell.
5) When the instrument gets damp, use it after it has dried.
6) When the radiation plates are dusty, please use soft brush to brush the dust away
